The Cherokee County Delegation donated the book Democracy Restored to Nick Fogarty during the Georgia Library Day at the Capitol. This book will be in all libraries in Cherokee County. Georgia Library Day at the Capitol is sponsored by Georgia Association for Instructional Technology GAIT), Georgia Library Association (GLA) and Georgia Library Media Association (GLMA). The day is for an update on community libraries, visiting the Capitol and meeting with legislators. Members of the associations are dedicated individuals that contribute time, hard work, and diverse talents to provide advocacy and leadership in shaping the future of Georgia's libraries. They enrich the association with fresh ideas, new energy, and a varied library experience!
